1 track 2.dont study the whole day 3. Find a shortcut 4. Don't overload your brain 5. Adapt by weight and difficulty
@LukasW-s7j3 ай бұрын
Thanks for the outline, but I think 1 is actually point 4 and 2 the first, 3 the second and 4 the third. So it should be: 1. Don’t study the whole day, it’s actually worse 2. Find a shortcut (if it gives you the same result and same learning, don’t reinvent the wheel) 3. Don’t overload your brain (don’t do all memorization subjects in one day) 4. Use a tracker (track all subjects, to not miss some subjects, even check if subjects where there are no tasks) 5. Adapt by weight and difficulty (prioritize items which give the most points, then prioritize by difficulty - it’s better to feel dumb now than in the test, so prioritize the more challenging tasks).
6. Most importantly, having high IQ to achieve academic success and spreading other misleading info to the dumb viewers without any scientific knowledge about study

I like da swoosh :) Also to make mine, and your life easier here is a summary, watching the entire video is better for added context. 1. Don't study for the whole day- when your happier you more productive, adding play into your day makes you look forward while studying, a goal. 2. Find shortcuts- basically work smarter not harder, we have amazing inventions because of lazy people going "nah I ain't doing that" 3.dont overload your brain- Go one at a time! Don't try memorizing all in 1 day. 4.use a tracker- kinda self explanatory. It's easy to let assingments skip through the cracks so use a tracker 5. Adapt by weight and difficulty- spend time with subjects with most points. And resist studying what you already understand, it's better to feel dumb on something hard, then be overconfident on something easy(For you atleast). 6. Sharpen the saw- Amy is using a metaphor but to put it simply, prioritize your health(watch the vid if you want context!!). Why do you think she always mention she gets 8 full hours of sleep? Bc that's a part of having a good study life balance. She isn't sleeping enough because she's efficient at studying, she's efficient at studying because she sleeps enough. The golden mindset, go back to the basics - okay at this point I spent way too long on this comment and I need to do other things I'm so sorry 🫠🫠 if you want to know it, GET OFF THE COMMENTS!! (ignore this) Notes: Tip. 1 - Do not study for the whole day without also updating other activities or time for rest and relaxation. Do not study for hours on end: it will not help Tip. 2 - difficult situations: Work smarter not harder Use shortcuts (exp.: search for explanations instead of trying to repeatedly read complicated topics) - same result - same learning Tip. 3 - Don't overload your brain memorization tecniques should not be done repeatedly over and over Tip. 4 - Use a tracker Tip. 5 - Adapt by weight or dificulty Prioritize weight: the most important/ relevant Prioritize dificulty: Study first the subjects you understand the least Tip. 6 Sharpen your saw Being Healthy is Not Optional! the better you are mentally and phisically, the easier it is to learn. Golden Mindset: Go Back To The Basics! Boring, but work Do Active recall Ask for help Take care of your body

@@angels_tweetie focus on systems not the ultimate goal. I was the topper of my class till 10th (sophomore year equivalent ) with perfect scores and participated in various extra curriculars like debates and quizzes and other competitions and also won several medals in Olympiads.... but due to some traumatic life events i started performing terrible in the 11th (junior year) with 73 % and somehow managed to improve in 12th senior year but only scored 81%.... i lost hope..... i was preparing for NEET exam (med school entrance exam in India) as i always dreamt of being a doctor ...... but after watching your videos u have inspired me to work again harder..... now i have stopped procrastinating and have a better schedule and study regularly with dedication...earlier i was ashamed of being nerd and tried to fit in....i thought i was an ugly nerd but you made me feel proud of being smart and nerdy.. wish me luck for next year (currently taken a gap year for NEET) i hope i will give you the good news of getting into med school.... love you Amy!

Same happened to me. I went to a very good doctor/psychiatrist for 2 years to resolve the trauma. Doing the work in therapy to work on the traumas really works and I am so happy that I did it!
