I think the biggest problem a well educated and knowledgeable teacher, with a background even in childpsychology faces is not having the autonomy as a teacher to introduce new learning methods and formats, which in a formal set up is in such a set pattern. Even with the incoming NEP, it's a rigid system as was discussed. Also, the checks and balances that are placed are such that they are more demotivating rather than motivating a teacher to go above and beyond. Another major problem is the society's outlook towards Teacher as a profession. One of the major demotivating factors is the thought, Jo khud nahi kuch karta vo padhata hai. Once this thought is addressed, You will see how many young bright minds would want to be an educator and automatically with passionate educators will come passionate students even in the Bharat and not just India

Absolutely true.. Countries with great education systems celebrate their teachers. Teaching is considered a noble profession. Having worked deeply in the education space I do think that it is changing massively. You must check out what Quest Alliance is doing to change that. Aakash from the video is the CEO of Quest Alliance.. I'm the producer of this podcast by the way.

‼️‼️You are a great looking host who is not obsessed with himself,,,,very refreshing!! Your voice quality is very smooth, so easy on the ear. Just one suggestion, please try to not use camera click noise and flashes. It doesn't add anything except distraction. It was much worse in mental health episode. I am just typing here so my comment doesn't get lost. Hope you'll consider. Good luck to you. You have gained a subscriber 😊‼️‼️

Good to know what's happening in the education sector. I was keen on getting an answer to the question about how parents/students can chart their career at the school level. I think the question wasn't answered adequately. Or maybe a more specific answer is not available
