I'm an Engineer 2017 passed. Did 1 year job in field engineering. Then realised the pay is less, along with lot of travelling. Started preparing for govt exams. Got interested in SSC. But got to know about long joining duration, exam issues. Got to know about smooth and fast joining in banking. This is why I started for banking, because of its fast joining and lesser exam issues. Ofcourse, the perks and salary are also key parameters. Also, I reside in mumbai, but I don't know marathi, hence I've to apply to a state where language is hindi/English.
