Sir marrow has so many content that is not included in step 1 resources if I don't know any of that extra knowledge except what is in step 1 resources does it affect my internship (like diagnosis other treatments ) ? Secondly do we really need to know everything in Robbins? I felt left out in my class becoz everyone preparing for neet pg (next) but it is nice to watch your videos it feels familiar.

You won't miss out on anything, being an intern myself rn i can definitely assure you that. You don't really need robbins you may do goljian path too or any other book as long as you're doing pathoma.

Hey bhaiya, i have just started my mbbs this year in 2023 in a new AIIMS. Ours is the 4th batch of our college ( The first batch started in 2020). My college is not in world directory of medical schools and is not ECFMG certified. It can't get ECFMG accreditation untill a batch passes out.... I'll be at the end of my 3rd year when the first batch graduates. & It takes time to get ECFMG accreditation. So when can i take my USMLE step 1? Can i take it only after my college gets accredited by ECFMG? if my college doesn't get ECFMG certified till the end of my 4th year, then...am i doomed?

Take it in the starting of your intern year and start preparing for it during your pre-final and final year. You'll be fine :)

I had a subscription studied many topics from it but retained nothing in the end because it is so vast. I think you would be better off watching kaplan or bnb videos and physeo for physiology if you have ampleee time.
