trust me. doing uworld in timed mode is complete opposite of its purpose. this is the most annoying thing people keep talking about. UWORLD is a LEARNING TOOL. you do questions and learn from the questions. I'm not saying you spent 2 hrs to finish one block. Spend time with the questions, learn how to read, learn how to pick up key words. TIMED MODE is for simulation before the real deal. You have nbme, free 120, 2 uworld tests. You dont need extra timed mode. Hope to save some souls out there.

Although its not in your video, I feel like microbiology is a chapter that is hard to retain when reviewing the information as it is presented in first aid (lots of charts, few logical connections between pieces of information etc.) I am currently doing rotations, plan to take the exam in 6 months with around 3h of studying monday through saturday and just finished pathoma. I was in the last class to get an actual score back, and you probably could get away with just 1 month of dedication to pass, 1 content review source, and 1 question bank, anything else is wasting your money. A close friend of mine got a 196 with 0 time studying. The bar is so low to pass, I wouldn't even stress over it. How to be competitive? high step 2 score, research in chosen field, great LOR, and a phenomenal audition somewhere, that is it nothing else to it.

Could u plz have an interview with a female surgeon? I haven't seen any female surgeon discussing about her professional life. It would be a great motivation for surgery aspirants.
