I really appreciate this man. He's the first doctor that I have seen who takes time out to truly inform his patients on any surgery they plan on having with him. I love these behind the mask videos. My only thing is that I didn't really hear about him before and now everyone wants him lol. I just hope he doesn't get too big that he starts taking on more girls than he should in a day to the point where his work begins to slack. I know a lot of these centers do just that, take on too many females at a day and everything gets hectic...quantity over quality. So please please please Dr. William, don't lose sight of your amazing work ethic and caring for your patients all because of popularity and notoriety. You're an amazing surgeon for what I've seen and heard and I'd just really love for it to stay that way. Not to mention, I just heard that Dr. William is booked all the way out until next year May!! He’s at 305 Plastic surgery but you can just Google search Dr. William Miami, it will bring you to his page. The deposit is only $1000 & his waiting list is at least a year. You can book it and pay it slowly like the rest of us lol. It gives you plenty of time to book flights/hotel/etc. His quote was less than what I paid for my celebrity arms 360 procedure @ ArtLipo. His results are comparable to DR, and the price is too if you’re Dominican and have to account for extra costs of visiting the DR.

My suggestion is to buy all the comfort products for your bbl , months a head , like bbl lounger, or mattress, bbl pillows to sit , extra lipo foam , have healthy meal prep and freeze for later ,

I was going to say this too! I did this when having kids. I made meals for weeks in advance bc I knew I would have trouble cooking after surgery. And its a good habit to start to keep from running to get fast food, thats full of sodium.

No, not at all. Thyroid disturbances are very common in women so I have operated on many, many patients with thyroid problems. The point is the thyroid levels all have to be NORMAL for patients being treated for hypothyroidism prior to having surgery. The thyroid lab values all have to be normal. TSH can be elevated but the other levels have to be normal. We call this euthyroid meaning the thyroid levels are all normal.

Thank you. I have all patients remove their dermal before surgery as we can not get that area sterile with the dermal piercings in place, hard to perform the liposuction and could have problems with swelling after surgery so for all those reasons we have them removed before surgery.

You have to do lab at least a month in advance but they surgeon office has to receive it no later than two weeks before surgery. Some facilities say three weeks in advance. I am taking my vitamins which are iron, folic acid and vitamin c. Your hemoglobin has to be between 12 to 15. If you on fb, there is a page name skinny dolls skinny bbl for slim ladies . They share a lot of information. The doctor should have a solid price for everyone not due the the size of the person.

Thank you very much for the informations Doctor William.🙋🏽‍♀️ I have 2 questions. No 1 is I'm 156m and my normal weight was 52kg. I gained 6kg for lipo last year and I'm currently 61kg. (continued gaining after surgery to sattle fat ) My new doctor says I should gain another 5kg. My question, after healing, when and how much am I allowed to lose weight. I don't want to ruin my resolts. Question 2.I had a liposuction Nov. 2019 on my stomach, flanks and Back. They put the fat in too my Brest that time. They only got out 600ml and said my body is too tight. I told the doc I would come for a second round and he said they can't take the fat from the same place they would have to do my arms and legs. Since I don't have no other more place to take the fat from for a third round I decided to do the bbl and later get Brest Implants. Now my question the new doc says it is no problem to suck out the same place. Is that right. Both docs use the vaser and the first doc said it's impossible cause of the scar tissue.
