Very. Boards and foams are different though. The boards go in the small of the back and the front while the foams go everywhere else. Wear the boards and for 1 month after surgery.

I was in hospital and hotel for 8 days and doctor never show me or check if I lie in bed properly and I thing me sitting on my back in between those 2 pillows but I touched the bed and felt pressure and now im 9 days after and I kind feel it numb ? And looks a bit flat ! Can be fixed ? Ty

How many days after surgery you can use the roler ?

You start using the roller right away after surgery meaning on the day of surgery and just use it over the faja at this point. Then over the next few days you start to use it directly on your skin and then at two weeks after surgery use it with high vibration and gently roll it from the top of your abdomen to your groin in one direction to open up the lymphatic channels.

Isn't betadine to harsh to apply on healing wounds??? I remember that was used in the past for not after new studies.

I personally don't use betadine on wounds, but it is common practice for Kandy. In my opinion it is really more of a drying agent and perhaps that's what she uses it for.

The pillow has been controversial because a few doctors are saying don’t use the pillow.

Not right away for sure but I suggest to my patients to start to use the pillow 2 weeks after surgery. First two weeks no sitting at all.
