DS160 Form submitted correctly and conveyancing of officer as well but he got two times regection. Two months before same procedure I was done but I got visa, and went there and attended conference and after 10days I came back, actually it our degree requirement to attend 3 International conference. As per my experience the visa interview officer, immigration officer as well everyone was meet with me in firdly environment. Visa Officer was asked me two questions, pupose of visit and who will support you. Same question was asked immigration officer. So I don't know why my friend got rejected as well as he was provided correct information and said truth. I think it's totally dependent on policy as well luck.

If student has taken low ranking university and got rejection then he/she must change the university. I had my student he went to money making agent and got rejection first time and second time then came to me and explained me whole things so third time I enrolled him in Northeastern University and when third time went for interview, officer asked him only one question that how did you find this university and his visa approved. Please viewer your university is a big part of your application because if you choose any very low ranking university then it's leads you towards rejection. Agents give you university from the application portal and all low ranking universities on it. Most agents are using portal to apply the university because good reputable and prestigious university not available on the portal.

Hello beta , my son got visa denial under section 214b on 21st December . Actually he got admission in arizona state university and he wanted a major in biomedical engineering but as he did his 11th and 12th grade from medical stream without maths so the university didn't gave him admissin in biomedical engineering course as it needs maths in 11th and 12th grade so they gave him predisciplinary studies for 2 semesters to become eligible for biomedical engineering and said after doing this predisciplinary course you will get admission in biomedical engineering. So my son said ok he will do that course to become eligible so they sent i 20 on which predisciplinary studies was mentioned as a major and yes he very well prepared for the interview and on interview visa officer was very happy with him initially .she was also happy to see the University name but as she saw the major her face become sad and she started asking questions about the course which my son answered well but when she asked what are the subjects under predisciplinary studies and after hearing the subjects she gave him 214b slip and thats it he got shocked visa officer didn't asked any question after that .please beta tell me it's problem in the course so now he is going to apply for fall intake 2024 and he will opt now biomedical sciences which does not need maths .is our decission ok or we should go for another university and please guide us .we really need your guidance what should we do now .please please reply me as soon as possible .🙏

Sometimes its just shit luck. I got rejected my first time. They asked about my dad and education and boom. Like I know one needs to go prepared but it feels soo forced to have a convo like that with a visa officer. Anyways, I did a deferral and will try again. If they not approving this time I will check elsewhere. Cause tbh the criteria sometimes for rejection is just weird vo. Thats it. Happens a lot.
