Hello everyone, this is how I prepare plantain fufu flour using hot water on the stove! I have made it as simple as I can and I hope you will be able to follow, it just needs a bit practice. I you would rather prepare cocoyam flour it is the same method
Ingredients: Africa's finest fufu flour
Water: 2 litres + 1/2 cup
cooking time about 10 minutes
