I have a childhood friend who grew up in Africa and one night I stayed over her house her mother made this it was so delicious and no restaurants in my area serve it so I want to learn how to make it myself. I love how food can bring people of all cultures and backgrounds together.

I'm white, but never understood why peoples were so racist toward black comunity, but as i grow old and understood life better, i figured out that the racism was just jelousy and hate, because i love so much everything black peoples do, is way more cooler and better than white peoples lol. I love their jokes, personality, they are way funnier. I was really tempted to try to make fufu, but i can't seem to do it with home stuff, i thought was some flour and water, is what someone said.

I love the way food makes the world smaller and more familiar. Really appreciate you sharing your food. I’ve watched a few different fufu recipe videos and this one looked the best to me!! Am I correct in inferring that fufu is usually not salted or flavored because Nigerian dishes can be quite spicy?? So the plain fufu helps to balance the meal??
