I have a childhood friend who grew up in Africa and one night I stayed over her house her mother made this it was so delicious and no restaurants in my area serve it so I want to learn how to make it myself. I love how food can bring people of all cultures and backgrounds together.

The whole world stole all African customs and exploits Africa's resources. Africa is the root - first creators of everything. The originators of civilization, all other races are influenced by blk culture and falsely take credit. History will be corrected shortly.

Thank you for sharing your recipe with us. I’ve never actually had fufu but I’m looking forward to making it for my family. Have you ever tasted Cuban fufu?? Or Dominican mangu?? Or Puerto Rican mofongo?? I really think you might enjoy it!! You’ll be able to see where the roots of these other dishes came from, FUFU!! I love the way food makes the world smaller and more familiar. Really appreciate you sharing your food. I’ve watched a few different fufu recipe videos and this one looked the best to me!! Am I correct in inferring that fufu is usually not salted or flavored because Nigerian dishes can be quite spicy?? So the plain fufu helps to balance the meal??
