Go in employee information, select the employee, open the details of that employee and select the right grade of that employee.

U cannot cancel increment by this bro.... instead go to checker and go to masters and last option is basic pay update go and update old basic pay .. remember only once basic pay is updated ...

Sir, I need your guidance and help. Sir, I am working in the forest department and intend to apprise you that recently an IFS officer has been transferred from Dehradun to UT J&K.The said Officer doesn't want to open a GP Fund account number in UT J&K. He wants to continue subscribing his GP Fund into his GP Fund account number maintained by Pay & Accounts Office Delhi.it is my humble submission to you to kindly guide me in this regard. Is there any option available in Jk Paysys from where I can deduct his GP Fund and subsequently forwarded it to Pay & Accounts Office Delhi.
