HOW TO PREPARE WAAKYE STEW

Marinading the mutton:
Wele, 2medium size white onion,
30g of ginger,2medium size of onion,
1 shrimp cube, 1/4 tsp grains of selim,
1tsp aniseed, 1tsp cloves,1tsp of sage,
1 clove of garlic, salt to taste.
ingredients for the stew
80ml of oil, 3 medium size sliced onions,
3 scotch bonnet, 4 cloves of garlic, 30g of ginger,
5 medium size red onion, 3 tbs tomato paste
(mixed with 50ml of water, salt to taste

It’s really good she is using her own language👍🏾 but she should have either typed the title of the video in the same language (so that ppl who don’t understand the language can avoid the video) or used more subtitles.
