it is still a problem here, so i switched to buttercream, we don't get any good whipping cream here in germany, this schlagsahne also doesnt work well

It works, you have to use Schlage Shane and Sahn steif(hope spelling correct) don't beat more than 2 min.. if we beat 20sec also more then it turns into butter cream. Keep stopwatch. After 1 min every 20sec stop beater n check.. Definitely you will get good cream. I make birthday cakes from this cream

Exactly...Right now I am facing this same problem.....many times I tried schlagsahne....but all go in vain....at last I got frustate.

Yes, it stays till next day. You have to keep it in fridge and fridge should be set on max level of cooling settings.

German whipping cream can just be whipped when its cold (if its to warm the fat doesnt connect with the water while whipping) . She probably does this to be on the safe side. Just be sure your Schlagsahne is well cooled before whipping it. ☺️ I never put my wisk and bowl in the freezer.

It was summer. Due to warm weather we need to put the bowl n whisks in freezer, otherwise it's hard to make cream bcz immediately cream get melted.

She has the right ingredients But is pronouncing them wrong , like : Saanestaif“ 😂 Use „Lebensmittelfarbe“ or „Speisefarbe“
