How to prepare your teams for metagame threats with BKC! | Competitive Pokemon Interview

To help flesh out some of the basic tenets of teambuilding that I lined out in my recent video - I interviewed BKC on some of the finer aspects of teambuilding, including how to prepare your team for basic threats, learning the in's and out's of a new metagame, and how to avoid teambuilding burnout!
BKC really is one of the GOAT's of competitive pokemon and one of my favorite youtubers to watch - I've learned so much from him until now and this video was no exception. My personal favorite part is ALSO the teambuilding. Except, I like actually breeding for them in the game once I have a team all worked out. Making a perfect pokemon is honestly my favorite, regardless of whether it's actually good in competitive or not. I'm also not that big of a fan of laddering myself. I enjoy the occasional casual 6v6 battle online, or battling my friends with my pokemon teams I spend time on, but laddering frustrates me way too much.
