We use both video and we do interviews over zoom which seems to be extremely affective . I always try to prequalify people so to speak. It helps allot if you really believe in your company. I have 7 meetings with people in the next few days over zoom and we are rocking it out between client meetings and new recruit meeting. Sometimes a new recruit meeting with someone becomes a client meeting and some times the other way around. I love how we do things

some do, some don't, so what NEXT. The most important thingis, its a numbers game,the more U present the more signups you'll get...........I get 70% signups......but I've been doing this for 40 years
