Nice video. I think opening with a clinical assessment always helps...a short summary of the whole story. Now formulating one is tricky...any tips for that

I'm glad you asked! Next video on the topic will go over this but it comes down to who, what, why and when. Who is the patient (demographics), what do they have (PMH and severity), why are they here (chief complaint) and when did it start. I'll go over it in more detail but this format helps me start with the perfect one liner to start my presentation and tells the listener how sick the patient is and what they most likely have give their risk factors.

As a student - often most students (depending on rotation) take care of 3-5 patients. As a resident I see 8-10 pts
