Thanks Robyn, from New Zealand..........I've just discovered your You Tube posts, off to pick my parsley now, and other herbs to do the same. Keep posting :)

This would work well with mint, spinach, celery tops, basil, greens, garlic, oregano, and I keep thinking of other to do this with. Love the ease of using the cling wrap - and the tiny space it will use in my freezer. I've used the tray method for freezing garlic, ginger, lemon grass, and several other greens - love the usefulness of popping a cube into whatever soup or sauce I'm making.

This is a fantastic idea to use ice cube trays to preserve seasonings! I've used dried parsley for years. Yesterday, I harvested my first homegrown parsley. It smells so good. I didn't know how to preserve it. Now I know! I will grow more herbs. Thank you for sharing your knowledge!! I'm a new container gardener in Baton Rouge, Louisiana USA. I love it!!! 😊🥰

Absolutely fantastic! Thanks a million for the tips! I' ve been doing the same with mint and ginger but never tried doing so with parsley! Using the cubes in antioxidant pineapple-cantaloupe smoothies gives me a quick but effective detox. God bless you! All my love, Irene, Greece.

Parsley along with cilantro is an excellent way to detox the body of toxic heavy metals.... “ organic Cilantro and Parsley bind to heavy metal toxins and pull them out of the body” I had the same issue drying my parsley...so I now dry it in a dehydrator.

G'day Robyn, great idea of freezing the parsley. What about bees wax wrap would you be able to use them instead of cling wrap? I've mostly used parsley fresh but I have dried it and used it that way also. Have a great week, stay safe and God bless you guys. 🦘👍
