I liked the advice about running a lemon through first, to coat everything and help prevent the rest of the produce from getting oxidized. Thanks!

Thank you for your time. I was hoping I could press in the morning and still get all the benefits from the juice later in the afternoon.

Hi there. I just wanted to thank you for the review you did on the Caynel masticating vert juicer. I bought it a few months ago and absolutely love it! It delivers super dry pulp, prep and juicing is quick, and clean up is pitifully easy. The work you do is awesome, keep it up! :)

Thank you so much! Our strawberry guava tree is producing WAY more than we could possibly eat. We are making fresh guava juice and we were wondering just how long it will last. We will have to freeze much of it though.

Hi Lauren. How are some of these newer cold pressed juice companies bottling juice & their expiry dates are a month, sometimes 2 months in the future? Does it have to do with a quick juicing to bottling process....?

Hey Lauren do you peel the lemon skin ? and do you think lemon rind could cause green juices to taste bitter after a few days ?
@LaurenMattice3 жыл бұрын
I leave the rind on my lemons. I have heard non organic lemon rind can be very bitter. We use organic and do not have a problem with bitter flavors.

If you can make a drink that can keep Blood pressure lower, you can set any price. Even if someone on a diet, drinks it twice a day, it has a lower. Taste does not matter. You have a few million truck drivers that have to keep their pressure low. Lower the better.

@Phillyhippie2154 жыл бұрын
Does anyone have opinions about 7-11 cold pressed juices. The expiration date can be up to a year. Does that mean the juices are still very nutritional? It’s difficult to find a place in Philly that sell a variety of cold pressed bottles of juices. Is 7-11 a safe alternative?

Thank you for this video! I just had my first pop up shop selling juice to family and friends and I've gotten such great reviews! You and your sisters content have been so helpful. Hopefully soon I'll be able to have my own juice shop and also be able to purchase the M1. Since I'm just a small start up I've been using my omega juicer although.... I don't think its going to last lool.

What's the point of dramatically extending the shelf life if you can't change the 'use by' date? With everything you're doing, I definitely think you should change your 'use by' dates to 5 days out. At least then, you're getting some business benefit from a juice that's probably actually good for 8 to 10 days with the methods you're using.

LOVE YOUR FEED... so much helpful information! But I have a question I usually do a green juice i like it the most and I find it the easiest and cheapest to make... I do want tho to introduce jalapeños to it. How would you go about it ?
@LaurenMattice4 жыл бұрын
Oooo fun! I’d portion it like ginger to start so an Oz per lbs of produce. Give that a try and adjust accordingly. Jalapeños are hard because heat level varies so much! Best of luck! Let me know how it works out.

@@LaurenMattice oh the “health department” lol. Vinegar and peroxide mix works just fine. Plus buying seed tested for pathogens. Sproutnet who is the major supplier for growers and seed selling websites uses a formula with peroxide with other acids and they test 99.999% pathogen free compared to bleach which is 99%.
