In this video I go over the steps how to preserve asian greens (Tatsoi) for long-term storage. The best method is to blanch and freeze for later use. This will keep in the freezer for up to 6 months. This method is not limited to only Tatsoi. Blanch/Freeze works for many different crops, but always do your research beforehand. The most important is to always reduce as much air as possible, but watch the video for that snazzy hack!
