How To Prevent A Person From Seeing Your Posts On Facebook

If you want to prevent a person (like an in-law, past colleague or friend) from seeing your Facebook posts, but you don't want to:
1- Unfriend or remove that connection (if you unfriend someone, you'll be removed from that person's friends list as well);
or
2- Block that person (if you block someone, you are unfriending that person, preventing them to tag you or see things you post, even prevent them to add you as a friend).
...you can still prevent that person content from showing on your news feed and prevent them from seeing specific posts that you make on your timeline.
