Hi, it is best to do the applications every night and you can sleep with it on as well, just make sure that you do the allergy test first on your wrist to make sure you don't get a reaction. 💖

I have an Automatic bed and I sleep on my back in zero gravity. My lines are not any better. My mouth area, 11 lines, and forehead lines have not changed at all. Any other suggestions?
