However, these complications are treatable, meaning that any infertility troubles are usually temporary and reversible.

If your baby is experiencing pain as a result of haemorrhoid, I would suggest you see a paediatrician because the treatment of children are quite different from that of adults. However, you could do the following to reduce the pain.1) keep the area clean and dry. 2) Apply cold compress. 3) Make sure your baby takes plenty of fluids and high fibre diet to prevent constipation where applicable 4) Avoid using harsh soaps or wipes to prevent skin irritation. Like I said earlier, see a paediatrician for further instructions and treatment. Medications could be prescribed as well. Hope this helps? Take care.

Feeling pain after defeating could be that you are constipated, not having enough fibre in your diet, not drinking enough fluids or taking certain medications like painkiller. Normally, it should go away when you increase your fibre and fluid intake. If it doesn’t, you should go to the hospital for investigation and treatment. It is important to go to the hospital if you have wound in your anus also referred to as anal fissure so as to rule out any underlying medical conditions that may be causing the wound. In the meantime, you can try these remedies to help manage the pain. Keep the area clean and dry ( no vigorous scrubbing), Apply warm compress to help promote healing and reduce pain, Avoid straining during bowel movement, and Use over the counter painkillers. Like I said earlier, go to the hospital for proper check and treatment.

This added pressure could strain the rectal veins, causing them to swell and become haemorrhoids or piles. However, eating a high fibre diet, and drinking lots of water could help relieve the pain. Your mum could see a physician to check for other causes of the pain if the remedy mentioned above doesn’t help.
