VERY cool battery update! Looking forward to seeing you do a longevity test on that new battery on it's own during a shift! Also... good job repairing your rear tire/tube! That's a skill i've yet to learn... goals... BTW, your storage in the front is SUPER noisy!!!! It's hard to listen to your audio!!! Great vid!

many thanks!! i will see how many miles i can do with the new battery. so far i've used it a few times and i am getting a very long range although my bike's display screen has stopped working so i don't know how many miles i'm doing but i'll use one of the apps on the phone and should be able to get an estimate. and tomorrow i will have a look again at the front box and this time i'll definitely get it fixed. if nothing works then i will reassemble the box and that will definitely fix it. i might upload a vlog that i filmed a few days ago and i think that it has the noisy front box sound but after that there won't be any noise coming from the front box

I have seen people repairing these mators by adding grease, but I have seen that there are plastic gears inside the motor, which is not good, maybe an alternative is the bafang motor that people use? I had a bike that I used to deliver food on and it had a Bosch motor and a 625 watt battery, I rode it 5000 km but now it was stolen and I am looking for a new bike. are you planning to upgrade to a new delivery bike? do you like radrunner? I am looking for a food delivery bike but there is so much to choose from now, the problem is that the prices are very different and I am not very good at repairing bikes. in my city there is a radrunner 2 for sale for $900 that has been used for a while and I don't know if it's a good choice or maybe it's better to look at something else?

hello!! i was actually vlogging and filmed a few videos but i decided to delete them because they turned out to be slightly bad lol. the motor on my bike is actually good enough for my needs so for now i have decided to keep it. sorry to hear that your bike got stolen, i would advise hiding couple of apple airtags on your new bike and i would also get a kryptonite lock for extra safety. i really like my radrunner plus but yeh, now days there are loads of bikes to choose from. if your budget is low, it would be a good idea to get a cheap low step hybrid bike with front suspension and then buy the ebike conversion kit to turn that bike into an ebike. however, if your budget allows it, then it would be a good idea to get an ebike that you like. best way to decide wich one you like the most is by going to different bike shops and asking them to let you test ride the bikes that you like and at the end you will know wich bike is best suited for you. i was going to get the radwagon instead of the radrunner plus but back then the radwagon didn't have front suspension so ended up with the radrunner plus. also, when getting an ebike to do deliveries, i would also look if it has the option to attach a front rack as this will help you loads in the future, for example to carry an extra jacket or a snack and a drink, etc.. or if you don't need an extra space to keep stuff then maybe just to mount an extra battery.
