Honesty in our leaders and ourselves in ministry vs. disqualifying yourself of being a minister for not receiving loving correction and discipline (slowness to admit to sin). Good faith oversight: Genuine, safe and neutral annual reviews that look for unhealthy habits, red flags and staff feedback.
