yup! as always, every product situation is different. If you're in the premium tier then do your price compaison up there, not at top of page 1 which will be lower priced items typically.

cant do anything about what competiors do. ideally your product has unique features and is not the exact same which leads to a price war.

you will want to test pricing over the long term for sure. often you may have to lower price after some years becayse of increased competition

In your case study, I didn't see any price stricked off ...it just showed 9.99 as the only price. Is that because it's a new product and Amazon won't allow it as it's a new launch? Thanks
