So first thing you need to know what your cost are like lights, wire, plugs, clips, and other misc stuff.

Thank you for the video! Do you charge the same price each year, even after the first year investment on the customers end for equipment. So say for instance eo you charge them $800 ever year, or take off for equipment the following year, so say $600 to install the following years.

We do charge the same every year. Now we may do a 10% to 20% discount to get the customer back next year

Ok I have a commercial Christmas light installation. The building is about 3-4,000sqft. Not in including trees. Also its 3 stories high and may need a boom lift. Is $4a foot fair?

No I would at least be at $6 a foot and give a three year discount of 15%. You will also have to add the lift to the bill also

The C9 bulbs you use, are the the hard plastic covers over LED lights or the incandescent lights? Everyone says LED. Thing is, the C9 LED is a hard shell over a little LED light. The C9 incandescent is a fragile class bulb that gets hot.

What is the name of your supplier and what brand of c9 led’s do they sell. The cheapest I can find bulbs is .93 locally in Texas. Do you have to purchase a minimum amount of so many $1000’s of dollars each season to get the wholesale prices through your supplier?

So I’m just starting out I own a landscaping company and trying to expand. This year I just want to install what the customer provides. I have a customer that has 17 windows 3 floors and she want wreaths on all windows I’m a little under 1k to install? I put out a add and my phone is blowing up ! Any advice helps

yeah I would appreciate more info on the pricing structures. you could have extended this video with a bunch more info...LOL. So if a customer had 100 feet of roof, you charge 600 for the light install. What I didn't quite pick up on was this....do they keep the lights after the season? Or do you own all the lights, and the 600 dollar charge is strictly for the service of hanging and taking them down each year. How would you price a customer requesting mini lights along the whole roofline instead of c9?

I will do some more about bidding. So the $600 is our lights providing a customer with lights on there house. We dont do minis for roof lines. Most people want a professional look which is c9. Sometimes they want icicles which we hate. Icicles will give you more call backs and are a pain to hang and store
