@@Roman-hn6mb it is not about your income. It is about offering a service that no one really needs. Cleaning windows is something everyone can do by himself in about 30 - 60 min for the complete house. The hard work you do is to find and convince people that are stupid enough to believe that they can not do this by themselves. Penetrantly trying to sell someone a service or a product that they do not need is not necessarily a scam by law but it shows a lack of personality. And if you do not care it is fine so keep doing what you are doing. But don't complain about negative comments

@@lkslvn "It is about offering a service no one really needs" - correct. Nobody needs window cleaning people choose to have their windows cleaned. I don't chase or hunt down people and convince them to hire me, they contact me through referrals or my marketing methods. You think people don't need window cleaning and you are correct. But you have to remember where you are geographically. he stated "depending on where you're at on your pricing structure" which means he understands not everyones pricing is the same. But the system he uses to get to his number will work for everyone. and yes, of course not everyone is going to pay, thats why you have to tailor make your target market. Good stuff here.

What kind of chemicals do you use bro? You should change chemicals or wear a mask. You literally just made a video on how to count windows from every side of the house. And I just watched this video. 🤔 Maybe just say you charge $10 per window? Double the price if you wash the inside.

If you start out charging that much you won't be getting hired that much unless you're working in an upper class location, especially if you're a nobody with no reputation.

The pricing does seem fair but the end total is very high. I would rather change a hourly fee on a job this big. Let's say this took 2 hours. I would book it in early and charge between $50-$70 only because you increase the chance of a repeat customer. It's also likely neighbours of them might book you. I would charge residential people less and business a little more. The goal is getting regular customers.
@PNWSportsCards
@PNWSportsCards 9 күн бұрын
The business will hire you as repeat business more often than residential will and commercial is also where you can get a bulk of work.... This seems like a poor strategy although I understand your point. It is also pretty easy to convince the business next door to have their windows cleaned once you do a good job.

I’m not trying to be negative but just out of curiosity, why would you need to clean your windows from the outside? The chance of them staying cleaned for more than a week is just not possible.

I have been cleaning windows for 14 years. I would get about $100 for this house, and be done in an hour. Then I would off to clean a few more house that day because my prices are fair, and I do good work. People refer me to their friends. At $300 per small jobs like this you are going to spend more time marketing than you are cleaning.

Hey Tony! 14 years, I respect that. You must have good technique. I grow the business and have my team do the cleaning. We've built up a brand name, and have a solid social media presence and a lot of 5-star reviews. We have no issues selling any of our services and turn a lot of people away.
