I have one doubt, I am doing full-time and flutter part-time job, should I include flutter job in resume to find a new job , as my full time is in different domain , and I need to change my field to development.

well pricing is much too simple like you described. as a beginner, you will likely charged much lesser. and if you are keen on the customer for long term opportunities, you will also charge lesser. and BTW, one important tip is always split your payment in parts - so that by the time you receive the last few payment, BUT NOT THE LAST, you would have been happy if the the customer cheated on you and refused payment after the full source is delivered. well, it happened to me.
