Used to transfer photos, images or text onto dark coloured surfaces.
White Water Slide Paper retains its white background in the same way as regular printer paper allowing you to print your own designs onto a film that will slide onto dark surfaces and still look perfect!
Home printers do not carry white ink so using white decal paper allows for you to have white in your designs.
If you are unsure of whether or not this product is correct, just print your design onto a normal piece of white paper. Cut it out around the edges and ask yourself whether or not you would be happy to slide it onto your surface if it were a decal? If the answer is yes, the White Water Slide Decal Paper is for you!
I also show how to make it look like you've printed "just white digits" in my video by showing how to drop a section of printed white water slide onto a same colour back ground so that only the white print is visible.
I also mention how some people are using white ink print cartridges in their machines to substitute another colour for white.
Plus I discuss how blue back decal paper can assist when printing in white.

Òne trick, I like to use is to cut the same shape as the decal in self adhesive vinyl and apply it underneath the decal. Works very well, albeit with the decal slightly raised by the thickness of the vinyl

Dang. I'm wanting to make extra eyes/face prints for a Japanese figure garage kit. It would have been so nice if I could have printed the white for the eyes, but still be clear for the rest of the black line details... Still. Wonderful video. I might have to look into bringing my files to someone who can print them the way I want. It would be a pain to have to paint the whites for the eyes, onto every face sculpt.

I do have a contact that can print in white only. We also sell the blue back decal paper which has a blue backing release sheet instead of white so that you can see your white print easily when printing in white. For this customers often use a "ghost" white ink cartridge in their printer as white is not a colour that is found in most home printers.

Do you have to seal the printed surface to stop the inkjet ink from running in the water when you wet the decal?

I would recommend it. I have also had trouble with using Microsol on my decals as it seems to make the ink run slightly and reduces the clearness of the decal.

Halfords Clear lacquer works really well on these. I've made several sets using same. If you have a Laserjet printer then there is no need ;)

hi chris i have messaged you lots of times and you are ignoring me can you please send the money you owe me i bought 50 sheets of decal paper and only received 10 you said the rest were to follow that was november 2023 it is now january and i have not received the rest of the paper , . you aren’t returning my calls or messages do the decent thing .. foolishly i did a bank transfer straight to your bank as you requested i still have all the messages i want a refund within 14 days or i will take it further
