A really basic but effective technique. I will emphasize when you hop be sure to land on both feet simultaneously instead of first-foot- second-foot. This will allow you to utilize a punk fake, or pass, if cant get your shot off!

you guys are confusing it with the hop travel. Google an example of that. If you land on two this is legal. Hop travel is what most comments are referring to.

I think it goes if u jump off one you land on 1 and if you jump off 2 you land on 2

I don't wanna be that guy, but now Pro Hop gets called a travel allot in the NBA , with the momentum and speed it's almost impossible to stop with both feet at the same time without staggering.

If you do once in a blue moon, you will stagger. Practice makes a man perfect. Staggering is the reason, the coach here is asking you to keep a wide stance.
