How to process and save tomato seeds

Nice work! I do this in much smaller jars at home (except they get to spend the three days out in a shed to cut down on the smell before bringing them inside to dry) so it's interesting to see how it looks at scale. Would love to see more "behind-the-scenes" videos like this!

Thanks for the info on the process. I've got Boxcar Willy plants and the first tomato ripened and dropped while I was away on vacation. I brought it in from the garden and will try to save the seeds!
