i think its silly that a sampled hiphop beat has more real drums in it than some metal productions. programmed drums are boring and stale and any ai can shit out more programmed stuff than anyone of us combined. for songwriting its ok. but PROs actually get real drummer and record them. what you do is not drumming but drawing into a daw. i know theres many artificial crap in modern metal. but please get real drummers with real drums for your production. because it sounds good but it only has any value nowadays if you can play your shit live.

@@tomkellyguitar ok fair enough, but than you can not call yourself PRO. pros use real drums. slipknot, gojira, lorna shore, tool, metallica, etc. have amazing drummers. even polyphia with their "all samples" Drums have a absolute beast as drummer
