My Cayenne doesn’t show “rolling code system detected”. It goes directly to “synchronized successfully” but doesn’t actually work. Who do I contact for support? Homelink told me to contact my dealer. The tech at my dealer said the best they can do is check if they can configure it to their garage door, which is not a Security 2.0 door. I tried multiple times with the same result.

Hi Paul, thank you so much for putting up so many useful videos. Do you know why some 2024 cayenne has virtual homelink and some doesn't? I am trying to find a pattern cuz a customer was complaining about having physical buttons.

There was a running production change early into Model Year 2024.
