Thank you for this explanation; it has helped me program using the extremely unfriendly interface on my Byrant thermostat. However, I will _never_ buy a Bryant thermostat again. The interface on this thermostat is very terrible.

I hate ours. Such a pain in the but. Keeps random turning off at night.

So I programmed my Bryant thermostat so do we leave it in the Off, heat or cool position for the program to run automatically
@Lara-wr2nm2 жыл бұрын
Hello. Can you please tell me if you do not want programming and want to just adjust manually how do you do that and if there's already programming set how do you clear that programming?

This is what I want to know.

How the hell do you stop the time settings? I'm in Texas 105° and it will go to 85° I don't know how to deprogram it. I have to have it at 73° but it won't stay there long

Can i replace that thermostat with a smart one? And try to zone the temperature for Each room? Or do i need to have a special install for that?
@davidwagner73382 жыл бұрын
Any way to adjust the differential? My system runs in zones and it short cycles because this thermostat only lets it get like .5 degrees above set point and comes down to quickly in mild weather? I'd prefer it to have a 2 degree differential...
@youtuberhandle420 Жыл бұрын
Did you ever figure out a way to change the differential? Having the same exact issue and thinking about swapping the thermostat.

i want one temp at all times. do i have to go through all this?
@LindseyPixiehorn25 жыл бұрын
Same! But mine goes down to 85° about a few hours after I put it on 73,° confusing

I so hated this Bryant thermostats! So complicated 😏
@KPad877 жыл бұрын
How do you use it manually ?
@justwhatchedthis16 жыл бұрын
There is a hold button. So adjust to your desired set point then press the HOLD button. You should see it displayed on your thermostat and it will override the schedule. You can manually adjust the set point while on HOLD as well.

How you switch from F° to C°

To Enter The Configuration Mode: Press and hold the FAN key for about 10 seconds until the display changes so that only two pairs of digits are showing. The configuration number, now 01, will appear in the setpoint/temperature location and the configuration setting will appear in the clock location. The configuration number (left pair) will be flashing which means it can be adjusted using the UP and DOWN keys. To cause the opposite pair to flash (to be adjustable), press the H/C key. Successive presses of the H/C key alternate between the configuration number (left) and the configuration setting (right). To exit the configuration mode, press the HOLD/END key. If no key is pressed for 3 minutes, the configuration mode will automatically exit, returning the thermostat to normal operation. *Option 03 -- Fahrenheit/Celcius*

In our family, we all have different schedules. I just want one temperature during "heating season" and one for cooling once the temperatures heat up. My thermostat seems to behave erratically. And then puts extra wear on the furnace. (As a repair person told me-- and his explanations went a bit like this you tube, but twice as fast. Gah!)
@benn11814 жыл бұрын
Use up/down arrow to set to where you want and then press the hold/end button. The word "hold" will display on the screen and it will just sit at whatever temp you set it at

This thermostat is the worst POS ever. I'm sorry I got rid of my golf clubs i would have taken this thing off the wall with a 9 iron. I there anyway possible to set this thing to maintain one temperature with both heat and/or cold depending on the interior temperature of the house? im going to rplace these things as soon as possible, they are crap, and Bryant knows it.
