I have an Emerson TV......and a GE remotes as you have here in your video. However my TV wont turn off . I can unplug it....and when I plug it in its comes back on and keeps rotating through colors such as red......blue and white and other versions of colors. I cant do anything with my remote. And everything worked fine an hour ago. Had the TV off now for 2 hours and plugged it back in.......and it still come on and rotates through the colors again. How to get the TV to return to normal ?
