Hi. Question: are you using a TV remote or a soundbar remote? What brand is your TV? Because some TV remote are Bluetooth, that could be why.

You can't, Just program the buttons for something else.

I dont have my original remote. I only have our charter TV remote. And I tryed it with that remote on TV mode and still no luck

Hi. With your charter TV remote does it turn your TV on and off and control the TV volume? If it does then you should be able to use it, because it works off an IR signal.

Yes. I had pushed the TV button to keep it in TV mode and it didn't work. Ill try again.

no luck with my sony TV remote. It confirms with 3 flash and then stable light but doesnt work .

For the power button on the Sony remote, It took me 3 tries to get it to work. Keep the TV off when programming the remote.

Hi David. Some Sony TVs have Bluetooth remotes. So what you can do is go to settings on the Superbox and go to Bluetooth and add your tv remote

Hi. It sound like it's being blocked. Are you using a VPN? Try connecting your mosterbox to your phone with Hotspot and see if you still get that msg.
