Hi, my S2 Pro all of a sudden stopped working. All I see if loading screen when I tried to access the BlueTV or BlueVOD app. So uninstalled the BlueTV app thinking I can reinstall it again but once I go into the App Store it’s a loading screen. I can’t access anything apps. Please help.

So my remote will not accept voice commands and I’ve tried everything and think I need to reset the box but I purchased my box from a third party person and I don’t have his number anymore so I’ve been reluctant to do a reset incase I lost all my good SB tv apps like “blueVOD” or the Backup TV app i just found an wow it’s better then blue. live-tv/VOD in one with a great UI nice! Anyway will I lose those apps? Since the box way pre-loaded when I got it I don’t know if those apps are factory and will re-load from the image file or not and if they get removed I have no way to have it repaired. Thanks in advance for any light you all could shed on this for me.

I reset my s3pro and it was throwing error codes. We factory reset it but when we went through all the steps, the disclaimer didn’t come up and the App Store won’t show up

If you are using the button reset option. Unplug the box - hold the reset button down and don't let go of the button - plug the box back up- once you see the little android guy, then let go of the button.

Hi. Then you have to use the reset button on the right side of the box. Unplug the box press and hold the reset button until you see the android guy. Then follow the steps from the video.

I don't think your problem is with the box. Can you try moving the HDMI to a different port.

No, I’ve watched a video and I am having trouble with my box. But I can’t even get the home screen. The whole thing stopped working, and the red light went on. I have tried to unplug it for minutes, hours, overnight. I change the HDMI cord. I know that the TV works because on the other output, I have a Roku and that still works. Could you help me? Hey Jason... my superbox s3pro wasn't playing & instead giving the error message "unknown host exception"... I reset it given your instructions & now can't get the app store to open up... just continuous spinning circle/loading, with again a error message reading "unknown host exception".... I've made sure my wifi is connected & my location is off... can you help? Thanks.

Sent a photo of the bottom of your box to superbox and they can install it for you.

My box won't turn on the red light is on but when i press the power button it doesn't turn on! i dont know if its the remote or the box but i check my remote with my phones camera and it does show the flash. Any idea what it could be?

It's doesn't sound like it's your remote but if you unplug the box and plug it back in. It should boot right up. If it doesn't, but you get the time display on the box. I would try it on a different TV with a different HDMI.

Make sure the box is connected to the internet. In setting make sure you have locations turned off, because of your ISP. Then try rebooting your box.

Hey.. trying to watch XXX adult vids on my superbox3 cant find anywhere, where it shows how... seen earlier boxes have a Parental Control password set up, but unable to find it on my box.. Hi, 1st make sure you have it connected to the internet and you are getting an IP address. What model do you have? Did you try going into apps at the very top next to where it says home?

Hi, I had an issue that my pro2 was messing up. I did the reset and added it back into the apps. However, now it will freeze when i attempt to close it or turn it off. It just buffers saying shutting down and does not. I have to unplug the device and restart it. What can I do?
