The concepts presented here are very important. Be aware that the deeper the bat is held in the hands, the greater the tendency for wrist roll to be induced too early in the swing. It is especially problematic with younger players who want to choke the bat to death. Wrist roll must not begin until after contact or it will severely affect the batter’s ability to hit the middle of the ball! 🤔
