Back height. That's why it is called the back height. The stiffner can start from the counter point but the back starts from the back height.

I actually did. Ultimately. This video just demonstrates the lasting process. What happens is from the point where this video ends, I secure the lining with glue and then pull the upper backup to add the stiffeners, then the upper comes back down. Makes sense?
