Get the entire bunks wet first. This works great with a tiny boat, you can't winch on a 27ft boat very easily.

I think the part a lot of people get wrong is backing a trailer 😅

It is such a great and calm spot to shoot a video lol But we will do it again in a different spot. Any ideas?

@marlon_products either of he fraser river boats launches in hope would be good to show how to load with a current. Depending on the water level of course

Get all bunks wet then pull half way out trailer 😊
@marlon_products9 ай бұрын
Yes, this would only be necessary for bigger/heavier boats. It's a 1250lbs capacity trailer so no need to wet them first

Why do it on such a calm day on slick water?? Need to show it on a windy day
@braddycarter93129 ай бұрын
FYI, get bunks completely wet then pull out, and go past half way if you have anything over 24ft with a large engine. My tri-room is 27ft with a 300, if I leave the bunks half way, the boat will never get up onto the trailer (sits low in the rear). #alwayspowerload

You're right! Because this is a 150lbs capacity there was no need to get them all wet.

Is that power loading? Not being sarcastic. I wanna do that. But it says no power loading at the ramp. Can I still do it..?

This video is so wrong. I have watched literally thousands of people retrieve their boat. They first back their vehicle in the water until all four tires of their vehicle are submerged, then they come in at an angle with their boat at full throttle until they smash into the wench, they pull their boat halfway up the boat ramp and stop. They unload their boat with all the coolers, and then they turn the motor off and trim it up. After taking a few selfies, they exit the boat ramp 👍

As far as vacuuming trailer and boats and trailers are different and you'll have to find that out on your own. There is no set depth like just so the fenders are showing although that's a good starting point or a roller trailer.

Power loading is illegal in several states. It trashes the ramp with the prop wash. Plus it’s bad boating edict, because the wash can hinder other boaters at the dock trying to load. That being said to each their own. I just like giving a different perspective.

you're making dum shit up also this whole video is incredibly bad
@emilwyrembelski82339 ай бұрын
Let's not forget this is all fine and dandy, for a little tiny pee shooter boat like that. Now let's make it a 21 ft bowrider, and the wind is blowing like crazy. I guarantee it would be a whole different video.
