Whats the different if we dont use the water humidifier bottle. I was instructed to plug in the mask tube staright to the concentrator

@bijo916 I had the same situation as you. If the person using gets dry nose (and subsequent painful irritations from the nasal passages being dried out), then this inline bottle humidifier is supposed to help avoid that dry nose. I just discovered this product and I have to check with the doctor to find out if it is good to use with my elderly mother who has congestive heart failure and can develop water in her lungs very easy. Also, other videos I've seen by what appears to be nurses urge using only DISTILLED water in the bottle. That makes sense as it will be most.free.of pollutants and particulates tht may be present in other types of water. Hope this helps.🙏

You can use the machine without water but it will severely dry out your nose. It is best to use the distilled water.you will get bloody nose without it.

You need the water filter connect to the air tube. So it collects the water that goes in the tube.
