How to protect your 2017 chevrolet Silverado | XPEL Paint Protection Film | Modesta Glass Coating

We recently got this brand new Chevrolet silverado in fresh from the dealership for some new car protection. The entire front end has been wrapped in XPEL Ultimate paint protection film, windows were tinted using Llumar FormulaOne film, and the truck was finished with a Modesta ceramic coating on the paint, glass, lights, and wheels. This truck looks better than it did the day our customer picked it up from the dealership and now he has the piece of mind knowing his truck is protected with the best.

An absolute spectacular job on that truck. The new Silverado's are incredibly susceptible to rock chips and other paint damage. I bought a new 2016 11 months ago and there are more paint problems with it than the 12 year old, 180,000 mile Silverado it replaced. Great job.

Wish I had done this to mine.. 7 months old 2017 Ltz 6.2 and my front bumper looks like it's snowing with all the stone chips. I put that clear cover on my car but I don't like it.. it takes away the shine.!

I should've done something like this on my truck when I bought it, but I didn't know about it at the time. Wish I would've done it, and I may still do it, but it'd have to see a paint shop to have some of the scratches and dings removed before it could ever do it, including replacing of some panels because of daily driving. Oh well. I really enjoyed this, guys! This is killer stuff to see.

The paint had crazy swirl and marring for being a brand new truck.. I also have a black 17” Silverado, mine was really bad for overspray, from factory I’m guessing. Spent 3 days clay/polish/wax.. well worth it! Good job on this truck!

Nicely done! Never... EVER... Let the dealership prep your car for delivery. If it's an ordered vehicle, just have them leave it exactly how it was off the truck.... THEN take it to your detailer!

A "complete" preparation includes a "filtered" rinse water! Really! It does make a difference if you're going to utilize XPEL ultimate film! BTW I'd go ahead and clay bar the ares to be covered as well, but that's just me...

The best prevention from issues with road salt is to wash the vehicle weekly. You can also do undercoating.
