Hi, if my WY LLC is (Member Managed) and taxed as a partnership, and I want to move my TN LLC's which own single family rentals into my WY LLC, should my TN LLC's also be (Member Managed) as well? Thanks

Ah you must avoid moving a TN LLC into a holding company otherwise you will lose your FONCE exemption on your existing LLCs. You can have anonymity in TN but it requires a Series LLC coupled with a WY LLC.

You could but I would still use a separate living trust or asset protection trust.

Which living trust ? Revocable or irrevocable

Irrevocable is better than revocable but holding the assets in a trust as separate property is a good step toward keeping your assets segregated.
