I did a shoot for some dear friends on the beach a few years ago. I was so excited to see them and to shoot. I ran out on the beach, camera in hand, and fell... Face first. I spent three days dusting, brushing, wiping sand off my lenses and camera. Thankfully, both were totally fine and I still use both. 😎 excellent lessons learned then and from your video. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

I’m here because I dropped my camera in the sand at the beach this weekend and I could literally cry! It’s my first vlogging camera and now I destroyed thanks for this because there’s not enough videos about this o. KZbin especially as it pertains to sand -- I will never bring my good camera to the beach ever again

Thank you so much for the info!! I barely ever use my DSLR because I have to be so careful with it. It's also clunky to to take around with you. I definitely agree with your camera phone tip. Do you have any reviews of camera phones that you like? I find nowadays you you are spending at least $1k for the latest camera phone tech.

too late. I have sand in my 24-105 F lens. I can hear the gritty sound in the focus ring. Need help!
