Definitely needed some tipping! I snipped mine a bit yesterday, and I'll continue to shape this coming week.

Thanks for your video! I guess the same would apply to lime trees I gather ? I'm worried if i accidentally cut the wrong bit off due to the plethora of leaves on it, it can get confusing and overwhelming deciding which leaves stay and which ones go, then end up with zero fruit. I live in Melbourne Australia and our summers can get awfully harsh as well, up to 40c + when we're heading towards Autumn, Hence all the disastrous fires that result. Our winters are pretty painful but doesn't snow in the suburbss thankfully. But in saying that the mornings are icy. Many thanks in advance! 🍻 🇦🇺

Can you root the cuttings and create new trees? Is August the best month to summer prune all citrus?
@growingcitrusincontainers4 ай бұрын
@@debragray1631 begining of summer for summer pruning. Spring for major pruning. Tip pruning anytime. There is a summer prune video in the play list

I'm confused, this doesn't give any info. "I want it to grow in this direction so I'm going to cut above this node not this one".
