I have very long hair, and work in the wedding industry - very long Saturday's and usually sweating like crazy. I have never found any updo that's as secure as a bun for me, but I always feel nappy with a bun. I just spent 20 minutes doing this for the first time for a wedding today and not only does it feel super secure with such long hair, but it's pretty too! Thank you so much for the video! I'm hooked. Let's see if it'll stay 10+ hrs today :)

I've done this hair do on my daughter at least a dozen times for special occasions. She's received many compliments each time and people think I've spent hundreds of dollars. It's super quick and elegant at the same time. At first I wasn't sure I could do it, but this video and the teaching is simple to follow and even easier to do! Tonight is Prom, and this is how her hair will be done, in about 10 minutes! Thank you for your video! We couldn't have done it without you, nor have had so much success!

I just want to tell you I've done this updo so many times and I love it!! I get compliments every time! It's what I do in between wash days most of the time. I've found it doesn't work as well if I've straightened my hair, but I don't do that often anyway. thank you for a cute hairstyle!!!!

I did my first attempt at this tonight and I love it! Your videos are great and I like how you don't try to sell products during them, You also get right to the point which I love. Most videos about hairstyles are 5 minutes of "like" and "you know" in the beginning, talking about how much they love this look and when they wear it. I just want to learn how to do the style! Great tutorial. My hair is longer and thicker. It took a few tries, but eventually I got it. I wrapped it so I have 2 visible layers of braid instead of one. Now I'm trying to figure out how to hide a couple of the elastic bands.

i have pretty long hair (mid-low back length). i was a little worried about how it would turn out as a result, but i was able to make it work. it definitely ended up a little more "boho messy bun" because of how much hair was left over and needed to be tucked in with bobby pins, but i still like how it turned out. we'll see if i can do it again lol! thanks for the video! :)
