Amazon was sold out of one of the mandrels for a while, but Dedeco's website has everything

The "add to cart" function exists only on products that are sold out of the amazon warehouse. If its sent from a third party buyer, amazon hides the add to cart button.

I think people get confused because they have some and not others and don't know to hit the other buying options because I get many emails from confused people who say they can't find them or they are out and the mandrels are really hard to find.

Yep, if an item is not stocked and fulfilled by amazon then the add to cart and buy it now buttons are not shown. It's a PITA and amazon should rework their interface.

I suffered through this very topic about 9 months ago. I ended up calling Dedeco directly and they obviously deal mainly with the dental industry as they were very quick with part numbers and such. It confused me even more. I’d highly recommend keeping an eye on the ply. You might think you found a smoking deal but you are likely buying 3 ply in lieu of 6 ply. 6’s are much more efficient than the 3’s

I only use 6 or more on my buffers I have 12 I did make that mistake a few years ago I have a set of 3ply I never use LOL

Yes they seem to look at us as a after thought they mostly cater to Dental and Jewelry stores

Funny you mentioned... I have a Toolcker on order and and since I don't have anything relating to 1 x 30 size belt I have to look for all the supplies I need for this new sharpener. for the life of me I can't seem to be able to find any 3M Cubitron II or the Trizact anywhere in Canada or USA except if I buy a pack of 200 belts. Both Amazon Canada and USA don't seem to carry them either. Even 3M website in the USA and Canada don't list the existance of those belts either. Frustrating! I wonder if you have a hidden link for these belts?

The real trick would be finding a Chinese manufacturer that makes them in 3". I've searched with no luck, anyone else have a link?

I have looked for 5 years no luck on any except 1" but the good thing is these last a really long time and i use mine all the time. Also for fine work I only use the good ones the cheap ones are great for shaping and removing rust but if you go look at my other videos on restoring high end stuff I don't use the cheap disk they don't leave a nice finish like 3M or Dedeco.
