I want to take my heel brake off but I was told to wait until I learned multiple ways to stop, so I'll come back to this later. Leaving this comment so I remember when I get a notification

Absolutely! That’s the correct sequence order. I had make sure I learned couple of stopping techniques before removing my heel brake, which I did recently. The main reason why I removed it was to learn cross overs. I didn’t want my heel brake to extrude out, which could potentially make me trip while performing cross overs.

2:13 The heel brake mount for my Macroblades also has a hook on each side. It does make removal tricky, but it does mean that it won’t pop off when you don’t want it to.

Hello, I really need help on marching/picking up 1 foot can you please make a video on it?

what do you mean by “scissor your feet”? Thank you for showing how to use them properly

🚶♂️🕺like that left foot or right foot at the front and left foot or right foot at the back 🚶♂️ depends

Exactly what the person said above. Someone commented on my video recently recommending me to do scissor. I really didn’t know what that meant initially. LOL

@@CatzzSkatesFamily do you know how to, Now?
@CatzzSkatesFamily11 ай бұрын
@@becreative-yup. I learned that position naturally and other moves without knowing there’s an actual term that references it. Sometimes I thought I came up with new moves without realizing it’s a common rollerblading technique with multiple ways to reference it. How long have you been skating?

Hi, thank you so much for the video. I am a beginner and I just got my skates (Ray LUMINOUS ) and got so excited with the comfort and the wheels that light up, that I absolutely forgot to look for a pair with breaks :/ , so I am now looking to buy the breaks separately...do you know if all types of breaks can be adjusted to any model?

Thank you so much for this tutorial! I just got some rollerblade lightning 90s and I love them! I really would love to feel confident enough to not use the heel break but I am still pretty terrified.

To be honest, I became a man by removing my heel brake. After removing it, I’d never turned back to add the brake back on. If anyone owns K2 skates, contact their support team and they will send you a free bag of various bolts and nuts.

I wanted to love the XTs but unfortunately they fit too tight and had to sell them to someone that would really put them to use. The FR1's on the other hand are working out excellent for my fit and style. FRs dont come with a stopper like the Rollerblades do.

I think heel brake is intimidating for beginners. I was too afraid to use heel brake at first. I felt more comfortable falling down than using heel brake. LOL
