You guys really give your guys landlord way too much credit lol if you drill holes in the window and when it’s time to move and you fill the holes with a good white silicone and do a really clean neat job I guarantee they wouldn’t know at all

Some landlords have nothing better to do and will walk around their properties and start asking questions… my guess is he isn’t trying to deal with all that nonsense (and judging by the fact he has scrubs on) he might not be have the time to deal with it either… just let the man think outside the box for a bit and come up with an alternative solution. It really wasn’t that bad of an idea . Gotta remember that the average person has no knowledge of what spackle or caulk even means lol but yeah I definitely understand what you’re saying too man. Just fix the screw holes after. A little Quick 40 and bang bang, problem solved.

I had a neighbor do this, and it made sense to me, but I’m on the second floor while he’s on the first. 💀 Highly doubtful that anyone’s going to be standing for an extended period of time on the patch of grass that’s below my window, but I’m still terrified for my wallet.

let's hope those screws in wood will hold that 60lb ac unit and ot fall on someone's car or worse someone's head over time. simple fix for you = no care for safety
