Thanks JJBayBay. I am a 70 YO gal and wanted to replace the "shot" steering wheel cover on my Trailblazer. Used a combination of the hair dryer and standing outside the vehicle to get it on the driver side. Worked Great !!!!

Thanks bro, you save me from buying another steering wheel cover. To heat it, I put it under the hot water in the kitchen (sink) while turning it around, 'cause it's raining all weekend, so no sun... Another trick to sum up, is to try turn it inside out while stretching it around the wheel 🙂

Good video. Thanks. The idea of working from the side, and outside, to put it on, contrary to the instructions, was a great idea and helpful. I did that plus cautiously added heat to mine both on and off the wheel and that helped too. Finally, I also used a screw driver to leverage the cover over the outside of the driver's wheel. This also helped as using my fingers alone was not giving me enough power to slip the cover over the last 25%. Easy installation per the message on the packaging? Hardly.

ATTENTION EVERYBODY !!! The BEST way to heat it is in the microwave for 1 minute. Wear gloves or use a towel or two to hold the edges because it gets VERY HOT . I just put one on my Ford F150. When it's very hot it stretches much much much more easily ! I hope this is helpful ..
